ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Client Support Specialist, you'll deliver exceptional service to our customers and merchants, improving the customer service program.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHOur support team provides personalized support. We focus on understanding partners' needs to provide maximum value.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide omni-channel support (email, chat, phone).
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues.
- Educate customers on Trustly products and services.
- Own customer issues from start to finish.
- Handle technical support (APIs, UI, transactions).
- Assist with financial and payment transaction inquiries.
WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years of technical customer support experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work in a remote environment.
WORKING HOURS
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.
