Support the Corporate, Government, and Wholesale market segments for the cluster.
Manage own accounts secondary to the Cluster Director of Sales key accounts.
Conduct a minimum of 40–50 sales calls per month, client entertainments, and site inspections.
Record all activities in SFA or CRM.
Support Sales Strategic Planning (SSP) of proactive sales team members.
Help establish new client contacts and develop revenue potential from accounts.
Support sales team management:
- Assist in setting objectives for sales team members and monitor performance.
- Ensure all new team members are oriented in MH brand strategy and positioning.
- Support coaching and training to develop team selling skills.
General department operations:
- Maintain accurate reporting of business results and action plans.
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in operational budget adherence and cost control.
- Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, and sales trips as required.
- Support creation of packages and promotions for low occupancy periods.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate delivery of guest experiences.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure efficient administration and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree.

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading all sales activities in the leisure segment for the Anantara cluster sales team, achieving revenue targets, and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of the hotel. To assist the Cluster Director of Sales in driving revenue across the Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara, and Tivoli La Vie Muscat Hotel & Residences cluster by managing key accounts, supporting the sales team, and achieving revenue targets, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
