Full-Time Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns for the property, tailored to the Chinese market
• Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence
• Determine the effectiveness of existing programs and develop new strategies
• Direct all advertising, public relations and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations departments
• Evaluate changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary
• Participate in community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote a positive image
• Prepare regular performance reports and present to senior leadership

• Bachelor’s/Master's Degree from a reputable school
• Minimum 4 years of Sales & Marketing management experience or at least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity with a proven record
• High degree of professionalism and business acumen with a strong understanding of Chinese & Maldives markets
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English & Mandarin language
• Proficient in MS Office suite
