Brand new role, Head of / Commercial Director Level, targeting Omio's non-core markets. Ideal for a driven individual with a strong commercial mindset and flexibility to travel.
- Help with Omio’s Global Expansion: Drive Impact, Close Deals, and empower global travellers.
- Seeking a bold, strategic Global Business Expansion Leader.
- Spearhead global inventory expansion in non-core and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the Vision & Strategy: Design a global expansion roadmap.
- Own Commercial Growth: Lead a sales team focused on revenue targets.
- Be the Face of Omio: Grow relationships at senior levels globally.
- Negotiate Like a Pro: Drive partnerships with C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate to Win: Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and CS.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of business, commercial/finance, or consulting background.
- 5+ years leading a sales team.
- Experience in a fast-growth tech startup.
- Success in complex commercial negotiations with international clients.
- Experience in regional and product launches.
- Fluent in English; another language a plus!
