Are you a natural sales professional with an innate passion for teamsports? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Lead, Teamsport.
You'll leverage your industry experience to connect with sports clubs, federations, and retailers, forging partnerships. Activities may include:
You'll leverage your industry experience to connect with sports clubs, federations, and retailers, forging partnerships. Activities may include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth within the teamsports sector.
- Identify market opportunities and potential customers.
- Customer relationship management: establish and nurture strong relationships with sports clubs, federations, and retailers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to foster relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales forecasting and reporting: Analyze sales activities and customer base. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Lead the coordination of product development and sampling activities between the customer and our internal teams
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
- Leadership: Take full ownership of leading and developing the Central European team. Performance management including setting ambitious targets. Provide coaching and support.
