- Collaborate on global investigations related to potential violations of company policies or laws.
- Conduct investigative functions, including reviewing documents, performing research, preparing and conducting interviews, and drafting investigation reports.
- Review deal-related, financial documents, and expense reports for potential violations.
- Ensure internal investigations are conducted in accordance with policies.
- Develop recommendations for translating investigative findings into programmatic enhancements.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding investigative findings and remediation actions.
- Conduct compliance-related functions, including drafting policies and creating educational materials.
- Track and maintain data regarding Speak Up reports.
- Assess data for trends and patterns of alleged misconduct.
- Contribute to reports regarding specific controls/investigations or aggregate data for senior leadership.
- Contribute to quarterly presentations for the Audit Committee.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow colleagues globally.
- Partner with outside legal counsel on investigative strategies and tactics.
Responsible for contributing to and leading critical activities designed to fully implement the ServiceNow Code of Ethics. Plays a significant role in internal investigations within the Legal Department. Collaborates with Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Marketing, Global Partnerships and Channels, and Sales teams.
Job Requirements- 5+ years' related work experience or equivalent.
- 5 to 7+ years of conducting or supporting internal affairs, anti-corruption, fraud, forensics, or regulatory compliance investigations.
- Experience conducting electronic reviews using e-discovery platforms.
- Experience working with internal systems and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High integrity to handle sensitive information.
- The ability to travel as necessary (estimated to be less than 5%).
Top candidates will have:
- CFE, CCEP/CCEP-I, or similar professional certification(s)
- Experience with accounting and financial controls
- Experience with channel sales partners
- Familiarity with anti-bribery, anti-competition, and sanctions regulations
