Full-Time Consultant/Senior Consultant - Life Sciences

Consultant, is part of an elite team of consultants leveraging Life Sciences domain expertise to analyze, model, and synthesize information for clients on matters related to GP, GTN, FMV, SPTR, and pricing and contracting.

Ideal candidate demonstrates high-level analytical thinking, technical sophistication, and marketing savvy.

1. Assist clients in developing government pricing methodology, performing calculations, and advising on strategic pricing.
2. Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly/quarterly product pricing information to CMS and the Department of Veterans Affairs (including Best Price, Average Manufacturer Price, Average Sale Price, Non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price, PHS pricing).
3. Perform Bona Fide Service Fee evaluations and Fair Market Value Analyses.
4. Provide insights on GTN liabilities across government and commercial channels (managed care, Medicaid, PHS 340B, Tricare, returns, copays, coverage gaps).
5. Support clients with Branded Drug Fee estimates and ongoing support.
6. Perform true-ups based on actual versus accrued data.
7. Analyze, explain, and summarize government pricing variances.
8. Support customers’ monthly close process (establishing accruals, refreshing forecasts, analyzing data, alerting to potential changes).
9. Communicate with customer teams to stay informed about future product development and performance.
10. Deliver on-time, high-quality project deliverables, managing expectations internally and externally.
11. Demonstrate value to customers and drive incremental opportunities.
12. Contribute to FCS thought leadership and benchmarking capabilities.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Science, Economics, Engineering, or Finance).
• Knowledge: Market Access, Healthcare delivery, US pharma supply chain and contracting and government pricing.
• Experience: Customer-facing consulting lead experience, 2-5 years of accounting experience in life sciences, audit, or consulting.
• Skills: Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; understanding of cross-functional teamwork, presentation skills
