Continuous Improvement Manager will develop and deliver continuous improvement training for external customers in the US and Canada.
Serve as SME on Lean and Continuous Improvement, focusing on rudimentary tools like 5S, Visual Factory Management, Standard Work, Data Collection, and people development.
Focus on leading the development and improvement of customer metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Growth).
Location: Remote position. Candidates must live in the Eastern half of the US, ideally near a major airport.
Travel: Up to 50% domestic travel required.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with Technical & Field Sales to manage an annual continuous improvement plan by branch.
- Develop customer-focused training, tools, and techniques to enhance capacity, effectiveness, employee competencies, and product quality.
- Help establish and coach customers on soliciting improvement ideas and feedback from employees.
- Lead and develop project plans with strategic partners.
- Drive metric improvements through cultural and operational engagements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in building trades (entry products).
- Ability to coach, mentor, and influence customers at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Strong drive to improve processes and training.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and balance needs according to business impact.
- Experience using Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean or 6 Sigma)

- Experience using monday.com or other project management platforms
Salary: $81,000 USD - $124,000 USD (base). Annual bonus or role-based sales incentives available.
