Job Details
As a member of the Product & Commercial Legal Services Team, this team member will provide high-quality commercial contract support to Sandisk’s Procurement Organization.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide variety of commercial contracts.
- Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders to advise on risks.
- Work closely with commercial contracts attorneys and various teams within the Legal Department.
- Work on special projects, as needed.
REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of relevant transactional experience in an in-house legal department.
- Significant experience directly managing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terms.
PREFERRED:
- Experience working in (or with) technology companies.
- JD is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 preferred.
SKILLS:
- Self-starter who takes ownership of work.
- Ability to effectively identify goals and communicate risks.
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Track record of providing high-quality, timely results.
- Experience with contract management lifecycle (CLM) solutions.
