TechnologyAdvice is seeking a Contract Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for:
- Drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and completing NDAs, MSAs, IOs, contracts and other legal agreements.
- Maintaining and updating contract templates and negotiation playbooks.
- Assisting customers, clients, partners, employees with data privacy requests.
- Maintaining records of contracts, ensuring compliance.
- Developing new processes to support compliance requirements.
- Researching and reporting on current laws and regulations.
- Completing vendor onboarding documents and maintaining records.
- Assisting in the completion of Vendor and Security Assessments.
