As a Contracts Operations Administrator at Aledade, you will support Growth and Performance teams by creating, managing, and distributing contracts.
This entry-level role provides a strong foundation in contract administration, working closely with the Salesforce Team to optimize systems for the entire contracting lifecycle.
You'll collaborate with the ACO Administration Team, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements for MSSP ACOs.

Primary Duties
- Create and send contracts via Salesforce CLM tools.
- Support the Salesforce Team with ad-hoc requests to maintain data hygiene.
- Support the ACO Administration Team with CMS MSSP Application tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA or BS degree
- 3+ years progressive work experience
- Prior experience drafting contracts in a CLM tool
- Prior Salesforce experience
- Strong project management skills, highly organized, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred KSA's
- Experience in value-based programs and contract language
- Experience using Google Suite tools
