Full-Time Corporate Paralegal

About the Job: The Paralegal at RethinkFirst will work on a wide variety of matters across the organization, including commercial contracts, legal research & analysis, privacy & compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance.Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting & reviewing commercial agreements, including using company templates & forms and creating contract summaries.
• Manage the intake, triage, and workflow for commercial contract reviews & other legal requests.
• Confirm contract terms for accuracy and ensure proper department approvals before execution.
• Assist with document retention and maintaining an organized legal document management system.
• Assist with compliance & corporate governance matters, including updating privacy policies, website terms & conditions, and other related documents.
• Support special projects, including legal research & project management.
• Assist with due diligence activities related to corporate transactions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in corporate legal matters.
• Comprehensive understanding of key legal provisions in commercial agreements.
• Experience managing & maintaining commercial contracts & legal documents.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines & manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication with lawyers & non-lawyers, including experience working with executive leadership.
• Excellent judgment and proven experience in analyzing risks & making risk determinations.
• Team player with a proactive & responsive approach to change.
• Outstanding written & oral communication skills.
