Full-Time Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Assist with employment, lease, vendor and other day-to-day practice operational matters.

Administer and maintain operational databases including leases, legal and medical board claims for all worldwide subsidiaries for real-time availability of accurate and current corporate data and documents.

Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes.

Assist with obtaining certified documents from Secretaries of State.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents.

Assist in the preparation of operational legal documents.

Organize and manage transactional closing processes and documentation.

Liaise with internal executives and staff at all levels.

Liaise with practice staff.

Provide administrative support to General Counsel and other attorneys in the legal department.

Previous corporate, operational paralegal experience. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Ability to deliver clear, concise, and accurate messages to others verbally and in writing. Ability to establish priorities and objectives.

Initiative to be able to take independent actions within a scope of authority and ask for, and offer, help when needed.

Hard-working, resourceful, and well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
