Job Details

As a Corporate Sales Director, you will be responsible for originating direct corporate real estate sales. You will have a significant track record of driving ‘new to Group’ business opportunities across your network of corporate customers.
We're specifically looking for people in the London and South East region.
As a Corporate Sales Director, we are looking for someone to:
  • Build and leverage your direct network to develop relationships at all levels within the corporate sector.
  • Use product knowledge and your own drive to help deliver commercial growth targets.
  • Develop a robust, strategic plan to focus on ‘new to Group’ business.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline in order to maximise fundings and deliver to corporate customers.
  • Create and implement defined strategies and plans with senior managers, telephone sales, operational teams and marketing to effectively and efficiently maximise business opportunities in the region.
  • Regularly attend appropriate meetings and events.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a sales plan for new lending origination at individual and team level.
Essential Skills:
  • Established network of Corporate property and professional sector contacts.
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Must be resilient and comfortable with working towards quarterly sales targets.
  • Significant knowledge and experience of the financial and property sectors.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as a team.
  • Previous experience within a field based role.
