As a member of ServiceNow’s Global Learning & Development organization, the Manager, CS Guide Enablement Manager is responsible for scoping, developing, and managing enablement programs for early-in-career Customer Success Guides.
The role focuses on onboarding and in-role programs to support CS Guide development, aligned with ServiceNow's early-in-career strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute CS Guide learning strategy, framework, and processes across customer-facing roles, including Impact Delivery.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, develop enablement across multiple platforms (eLearning, vILT, workshops). Work with instructional design, communications, and stakeholders including regional Enablement Leads to deliver the enablement.
- Partner with global and regional programs for onboarding, skills, and customer success effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize enablement programs aligning with company and business unit priorities.
- Develop and execute learner adoption and engagement programs (contests, leaderboards, badging, gamification).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of related experience in customer success, sales, customer success enablement, product enablement, and/or Sales or Customer Success operations.
- Passion for supporting early-career employees.
- Experience creating/delivering enablement to sellers/customer success professionals.
- Knowledge of enablement methodologies, tools, and learning best practices.
- Ability to listen, diagnose enablement issues, and recommend solutions; collaborate with stakeholders to refine enablement approaches.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directing; drive deliverables while maintaining positive relationships.
- Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders around enablement strategies.
- Growth mindset and ability to leverage knowledge from the broader organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
Base pay: $112,200 - $196,400, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
Note: Individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
