YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES: You will be involved in strategic planning, promotional activities, sales target monitoring, and forecasting. Develop and execute a sales business plan, manage trade spend, achieve shelf, distribution, and promotional targets. Analyze, monitor, and address issues for sales, commercial spend, share, distribution, and operating budgets. Develop and implement trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customer. Proactively update the customer's business plan, managing budgets, spending, and volume to achieve sales objectives. Drive pre and post-promotion evaluation for ROI. Be accountable for the strategic account plan based on internal (marketing, business development, shopper marketing) and external (competitive landscape) objectives.
THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED: 5+ years as a sales leader in the CPG industry. P&L and trade spend management experience is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills for expressing analytics and delivering presentations internally and externally. Data gathering and storytelling skills for actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. SAP and Power BI are assets. University degree in Business Administration or related field. Hands-on analytical experience, and financial analysis or planning background. Creativity to propose legal solutions. Passion for excellence, innovation, and company growth.
