Customer Care Agent (CCA) - Gameloft

Job Description: The Customer Care Agent (CCA) handles customer complaints via email and phone, utilizing dedicated web tools to track and resolve issues. Essential tasks include:
- Answering customer emails and phone calls
- Logging cases in a dedicated tool
- Tracking cases until resolution
- Escalating complex issues to relevant teams
- Identifying and creating templates for recurring problems
- Notifying Leads about recurring issues
Qualifications: Must be fluent in English and Ukrainian. Upper-Intermediate/Advanced Spanish is required. Previous customer support experience is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork abilities are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is also beneficial.
