Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Customer Development Manager – Food Service & Wholesale to join Britvic's Route to Market Dining team for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover). You will manage a portfolio of national wholesalers, driving market share and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with the National Plan.
- Support volume and financial forecasting for customer plans.
- Drive new business opportunities through account strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track account performance, implement corrective actions, and meet P&L targets.
- Manage commercial administration, including promotional management, rebates, and invoices.
- Negotiate and manage local terms within governance processes.
- Ensure excellence in execution through internal briefings and participation in relevant events.
About You
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role with knowledge of food service environments.
- Strong P&L management, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a "can-do" attitude and ability to drive change.
- Experience in customer terms and contract renegotiations.
