Summary of the RoleAs a Customer Service Agent at BrickBrands, your main responsibility is to ensure the protection of the brands on all forms of social media. Gaining experience in managing customers' queries and concerns in a professional manner through constant communication, and ensuring the protection of brands from harmful content on various social media platforms. You will be trained and have experience in communicating effectively with customers, analyzing information, conducting content moderation, and ensuring a safe experience for all businesses and individuals around the world.
Here’s What You Will Do:
- Responding to potential customers via chat, email, or direct messages
- Use our online platform to monitor and engage with content seen all across social media platforms. This will include monitoring sites, reddit threads, blogs, news sources, etc.
- Filter out discussions and mentions of the client across various platforms
- Rapidly identify any online communication, whether it’s a plain text or a meme
- Understand brand policies and guidelines, in order to effectively analyze information and be able to make the correct decisions in moderating each content in a timely manner
- Ensure the safety of the brand and the online community, by ensuring that the policies and guidelines are being followed accordingly
- Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, especially within the beauty industry
- Maintain constant communication with your project manager and the CSM to resolve any issues or questions
- Other tasks as deemed necessary
Here’s What You Will Need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam
- General knowledge and interest in various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, etc)
- A good working home environment with a stable internet connection
- Must have experience in content moderation, marketing, or social media management
- Any form of experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is a plus!
- Has an interest and is well-versed in the Beauty industry
- Having experience working in the Beauty Industry is a plus!
- The ability to work an 8-hour shift, on a rotating schedule, and be flexible to work on weekends.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Additional languages are a PLUS!
