Job Details

Customer Success Manager will focus on Success through leadership and effective virtual team orchestration, program management, and strong senior customer relationships.

Primary Goal: Ensure customer adoption and productive use of IFS products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer needs, driving satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Leveraging business outcomes by value realization.
  • Supporting digital transformation and modernization.
  • Managing delivery projects (IFS preferred).
  • Demonstrating deep experience and knowledge in Aerospace & Defense.
  • Understanding industry trends, KPIs, and value drivers.
  • Expertise in delivery methodologies and offerings.
  • Ensuring exceptional end-customer experience with IFS products and services (including third-party/partner offerings).
  • Addressing and mitigating delivery risks for IFS and partner-led projects.
  • Leading through influence and trust with internal teams, customers, and partners.
  • Utilizing Business Value Assessment (BVA) tools and processes.
  • Developing value metrics and measuring success.
  • Supporting subscription services and renewals to secure revenue.
  • Leading executive steering committee meetings and communicating progress to senior leadership.
  • Securing IFS references and providing regular reporting.
  • Collaborating with sales on upsell opportunities.
  • Communicating escalations to Global Delivery SLT.
  • Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written).
  • Interacting with various IFS departments (Support, R&D, Sales).
  • Developing strong, trusted customer relationships focused on exceeding expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and evolving relationships with executives.
  • Domain knowledge of IFS Applications.
  • US Citizenship and ability to work in an ITAR compliant environment.
