About the Role: The Revinate Customer Success Manager will lead post-sales efforts, building successful, repeatable processes for delivering value to Revinate customers in APAC. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in a SaaS company, driving customer adoption, revenue retention, and account growth. This role demands a dynamic, tech-driven environment, utilizing digital and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a superuser of all Revinate products.
- Coach customers to enhance product adoption.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and virtual workshops to identify areas for improvement.
- Share best practices to improve customer success.
- Build strong relationships beyond day-to-day interactions.
- Gather customer feedback and product recommendations for the Revinate Product team.
- Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Strong account management, presentation, and opportunity management skills.
- Proven experience in sales methodologies, including prospecting, consulting, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Self-starter with strong negotiation skills (win-win approach).
- 2+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or business consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Fluency in Thai and English is a plus.
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Travel is required.
- Experience as a Revenue Manager from a hotel or hotel group is highly preferred.
