We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to optimize customer experience, building loyal clients and driving growth. Strong communication, a great attitude, and a passion for relationship building are essential.

  1. Serve as the primary customer contact (post-sale). Develop in-depth understanding of client needs and ensure access to necessary tools.
  2. Own client retention and minimize churn by demonstrating the value of 12twenty for their specific needs.
  3. Proactively identify account expansion opportunities, and collaborate with the Partnership team for strategic growth.
  4. Prepare and facilitate account reviews, training, webinars, demos, and supportive interactions (virtual/in-person).
  5. Inspire product loyalty by assisting customers in maximizing product use.
  6. Identify process improvements, share insights with leadership, and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in higher education/career services
  • 4-6 years in customer success, account management, sales, or project management
  • Ability to manage a large client portfolio and grow accounts
  • Strong cross-functional skills (motivating internal teams)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think quickly and grasp new concepts
  • Confidence in making decisions and recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office Suite, and Salesforce
  • SaaS, Higher Education, and/or Recruiting experience
  • Solution Selling Experience

Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 base salary, $5,000 bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
