As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in driving value and delivering an exceptional customer experience for our clients. You’ll build strong relationships, act as the primary point of contact for your customers, and guide them toward achieving their goals with Bridgit’s solutions.
What You will Do
- Serve as the trusted advisor to midmarket clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our product.
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement, tailoring strategies to meet their specific needs.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and address them before they become issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams to advocate for your customers and ensure seamless delivery.
- Deliver regular business reviews and insights to demonstrate the impact of our solutions.
- Develop strategies to renew contracts and identify upsell opportunities within your accounts.
- Track and report key account metrics, ensuring that client goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of innovative and creative solutions.
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships. You actively find new ways to positively impact the customer.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience leveraging customer data and analytics to drive engagement and decision-making.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background working with midmarket or enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with the construction, project management, or technology industry.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
- A passion for building processes and workflows that help scale operations.
