Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage accounts, drive value adoption, and ensure account growth.
- Lead Implementations: Manage end-to-end definition and delivery of solutions.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Use data to measure success, recommend optimizations, and monitor customer health metrics.
Requirements:
- 6+ years Salesforce experience with customer interaction, technical account management, or enterprise software consulting.
- 3+ years experience with quote-to-cash, CPQ, billing, subscription platforms.
- 3 years agile project management experience
- Experienced in facilitating workshops and business reviews
- Experience leveraging AI to enhance customer outcomes.
