Flock Safety is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for their fully remote team, with occasional travel to northeast customers.

Responsibilities:
- Increase Net Revenue Retention through strategic engagement and expansion efforts.
- Ensure product understanding and adoption through training, optimization calls, and best practices.
- Build relationships and trust with multiple stakeholders within each department.
- Drive growth in surrounding markets through referrals and references.
- Communicate feedback to internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to improve customer experiences.
- Translate software functionality into terms that customers understand.
- Handle de-escalation and tough conversations with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships.
- Comfortable with de-escalation and difficult conversations.
- Highly adaptable and able to pivot.
- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical).
- Strong follow-through and self-management skills.
- Passion for customer success.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must be located in Pacific timezone
Compensation:
- $119.2k base + $29.8k bonus
- Stock options and bonus potential
