Responsibilities Include:
- Account Management & Strategic Direction: Partner with key accounts to develop a strategy for successful adoption, long-term value, and business impact.
- Subject Matter Expert/Advocate: Partner with customers on HireVue product offerings, best practices & processes and lead customers to effectively integrate digital interviewing.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years related experience
- Experience with enterprise or strategic level customers
- Experience managing client relationships in SaaS or technology environments
- Experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Experience in project/change management and organizational development
- Passion for outstanding customer service
- Robust organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly negotiate and reach consensus
- Collaborative, forward-thinking individual
- Strong, pragmatic approach
- Energetic self-starter
- Strong work ethic
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
