Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Effectively onboard new customers, guiding them through deployment and post-deployment success.
- Develop tailored success plans for customers, focusing on key success factors.
- Conduct regular check-ins (monthly/quarterly) to monitor progress and identify improvements.
- Collaborate with Professional Services to identify new opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance on product use, account modifications, and business expansion.
- Monitor customer adoption, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Facilitate renewals and support agreements to minimize churn.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product/engineering for roadmap input.
- Act as a trusted customer advocate and thought leader.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 5-8 years experience in a Customer Success or account management role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships (including executive level).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills (leading meetings/webinars).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Passion for customer service.
