About the RoleAt Pushpay, the Strategic Customer Success Manager plays a key role in building and fostering relationships with our key Enterprise customers.

You will be quota-based, responsible for retention, renewal rate, and increased business.

What You'll Do

  • Revenue Retention: Ensure customers stay customers.
  • Adoption Target: Help organizations deploy and use Pushpay, engage givers.
  • Upsell: Sell additional products and features.
  • High Sales Activities: Work with key customers, handle complex needs.
  • Pushpay Product Training and Assistance: Expert in Pushpay products for training, deployment, and giver adoption.
  • Travel: Lead business review presentations (when travel restrictions are lifted).
  • Relational competence: Grow relationships with senior and executive contacts.
  • Manage the full-cycle renewal process.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of inside sales, account management, renewal team management.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM system knowledge.
  • Experience with Not-for-Profit, Education, or Faith verticals preferred.
  • Proven track record with quota/target attainment.
  • Ability to build relationships with large accounts, manage strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability.
  • Multi-tasking, time management skills.
  • Business acumen, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, desire to over-perform, naturally curious.
  • Enjoy fast-paced roles, comfortable with change and ambiguity.
