Customer Success Manager
Drive the implementation, adoption, and expansion of industry-leading solar solutions.
Manage enterprise accounts, ensuring successful use of Raptor Maps' solutions.
Implement retention strategies and identify upsell/expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with Project Managers to design implementation plans.
Provide subject matter expertise on solar operations & maintenance.
Contribute to product, engineering, and operations roadmaps, and marketing campaigns.
Craft customer success plans, focusing on adoption maturity, satisfaction, and renewal/upsell.
Travel to customer offices/solar sites (20%).
Customer Interaction, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
Manage all stages of the customer lifecycle (implementation, adoption, renewals).
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders (executives, field personnel).
Educate customers on subscription benefits.
Resolve issues using commercial negotiation and product discovery.
Conduct in-field/remote product discovery.
Analyze data to understand utilization, adoption, satisfaction, and retention/expansion.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations (voice of customer).
Collaborate with Project Managers to define success criteria and monitor progress.
Use data-backed approach to understand larger product/service needs and influence roadmaps.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in solar industry operations & maintenance.
Strong interest in solar asset management & operational processes.
5+ years experience with:
- Deep analytical thinking
- Building high-value customer relationships
- Business development & commercial negotiation (ideally with SaaS)
- Discovery conversations with stakeholders (C-suite, field personnel)
- Managing >5 enterprise customers
- DAS/SCADA platforms (preferred)
- PowerPoint presentations
Language fluency beyond English (a plus)
