Customer Success Manager
Act as an advocate for customers, overseeing a portfolio to help them achieve business outcomes and foster greater adoption of ServiceNow products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer outcomes engagement, understanding customer needs and challenges.
- Ensure technical health and product version updates.
- Identify criteria for assisting customers using Success Plays.
- Promote ServiceNow customer success stories.
- Ensure maximum value from ServiceNow investment and license use.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow teams for product adoption and footprint increase.
- Quickly resolve escalated client issues.
- Act as a customer advocate in company decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes.
- 3+ years customer professional services or related business support experience.
- Financial Services (Insurance & Fintech) industry experience.
- Ability to provide independent comprehensive services.
- Experience resolving issues through analysis.
- ServiceNow accreditations or certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with digital transformation or project management.
- Comfortable learning and explaining technical products or services.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
- Strong collaborative teamwork skills with sales, product, and support teams.
