SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Small Market Business to drive customer success.
This role focuses on proactive engagement, digital-first strategies, and scalable customer success motions to maximize product adoption, reduce churn, and drive customer expansion.
Responsibilities include managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts, executing one-to-many customer engagement strategies (leveraging digital QBRs, webinars, in-app communications, and automated email campaigns), ensuring adoption and value realization through proactive monitoring of customer health and usage, identifying and mitigating churn risks, driving expansion and upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements include 2+ years of customer success or account management experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment, experience managing high-volume customer portfolios, strong time management, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Experience working with or without a dedicated CS platform, and a solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues are also essential.
Compensation: $59,122 - $92,821 CAD base plus bonuses/commission.
