Sprout Social is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Key Accounts for their Sales & Success team in Ireland.

What you'll do:
- Cultivate strong relationships and loyalty with Mid-Market - Enterprise customers.
- Be the primary point of contact, delivering personalized customer experiences.
- Drive customer value and product adoption through strategic guidance, risk & growth indicator identification, and inspiring customer loyalty.
What you'll bring:

- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Experience managing direct relationships with 50+ customers.
- Ability to identify customer challenges and propose solutions.
- Technical aptitude to identify areas of platform opportunity.
- Exemplary customer experience focus and team-player attitude.
Minimum qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS/Software Customer Success, including 2+ years managing an Enterprise book of business.
- Proven success in retaining, renewing, and expanding Enterprise accounts through strategic relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
- SaaS/Software/Technology industry experience.
- Consulting and strategic guidance experience related to social media.
How you'll grow (timeline):
- Within 1 month: Complete onboarding, product familiarity, establish success metrics, and understand company metrics.
- Within 3 months: Manage dedicated customer accounts, build relationships, and direct customers to resources.
- Within 6 months: Become a product expert, address customer feedback, and create a career development plan.
- Within 12 months: Execute independent projects, and develop expertise in social media trends, product features and platform enhancements.
