Customer Success Manager, Enterprise

At Varicent, we’re transforming the Sales Performance Management (SPM) market.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
  • Represent customer needs to Varicent teams.
  • Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Define customer business outcomes and create success plans.
  • Manage program-level success planning.
  • Ensure high product usage through adoption plans.
  • Develop deep functional expertise to increase customer usage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Engage with customers from onboarding through value realization.
  • Orchestrate activities with internal/external teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS/software Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Passion for positively impacting large organizations.
  • Team player excelling in fast-growing environments.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and execute success plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CS tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.).
  • Adaptable, driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals.
  • Cultural awareness.
  • Bachelor's degree (IT/Business/Finance preferred).
