Customer Success Manager, Enterprise
At Varicent, we’re transforming the Sales Performance Management (SPM) market.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
- Represent customer needs to Varicent teams.
- Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Define customer business outcomes and create success plans.
- Manage program-level success planning.
- Ensure high product usage through adoption plans.
- Develop deep functional expertise to increase customer usage.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Engage with customers from onboarding through value realization.
- Orchestrate activities with internal/external teams.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years experience in SaaS/software Customer Success or Account Management.
- Passion for positively impacting large organizations.
- Team player excelling in fast-growing environments.
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and execute success plans.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CS tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.).
- Adaptable, driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals.
- Cultural awareness.
- Bachelor's degree (IT/Business/Finance preferred).
