Key Duties:Build and maintain strong relationships with investment management clients. Deep understanding of their workflow and act as a consulting partner. Support Senior Customer Success Managers on marquee clients.Assist and lead client implementations and onboarding, collaborating with Solutions Engineering. Serve as the internal Voice of the Customer, addressing feedback and requests post-implementation.Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing. Provide clients with expertise and best practices to optimize software use. Handle renewal negotiations, achieve/exceed retention and growth targets. Monitor customer activity trends, identify churn risk, and proactively eliminate it. Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
About You: Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in financial services (investment management clients preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building/maintaining client relationships. Results-oriented, meeting/exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
