Join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as a Customer Success Manager to impact customer experiences.
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success, you'll secure long-term success for our mid-market location clients.
Support clients through their entire lifecycle: onboarding, training, renewal, upsell, and adoption.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
Drive product adoption to meet revenue targets, identify upsell opportunities, and uncover value-added services.
Manage a portfolio of 25-40 mid-market accounts. Focus on retention, churn prevention, and growth.
Execute the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and value-added services.
Execute strategic nurture campaigns to enhance product adoption.
Act as a product expert for Xplor MarianaTek and drive adoption.
Address and document client challenges, resolve product issues, and escalate as needed.
Monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and find retention solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Finance, Sales) to drive customer success.
Contribute to best practice guides and process documentation.
Stay informed on industry trends to provide actionable feedback.
Support additional business activities as needed.
Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 (base)
Possible quarterly bonus.
Location: Remote (US only).

Required qualifications:
- 4-6 years experience in Account Management or Customer Success, especially in SaaS.
- Experience growing an existing book of business.
- Skilled in negotiating contract terms and addressing pricing objections.
- Highly proficient with CRM applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in boutique fitness (preferred, not required).
- Experience with Mariana Tek and Xplor Growth (a plus).
Educational Qualifications: BA/BS degree (preferred)
