As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll partner with our largest, global customers. You'll drive adoption, maximize their investment value, support business growth by identifying opportunities, and align them with our value framework.
Role & Responsibilities
- Understand customer goals and align strategies for measurable success.
- Utilize proven strategies for impactful results.
- Monitor customer health, renewals, and goals to create joint strategies.
- Lead complex conversations, collaborate cross-functionally, and foster customer loyalty.
- Build and manage relationships across a large portfolio, aligning with customer goals.
- Provide expert guidance on maximizing platform functionality, use cases, and long-term value.
- Conduct business reviews with stakeholders to share outcomes, gather feedback, and refine strategies.
- Stay updated on product updates for enhanced customer adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve Success processes and elevate the customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years customer-facing experience, preferably with SaaS enterprise or fast-growing tech companies.
- Expertise supporting large-scale technology solutions.
- Strong presentation, organizational, communication, and written/verbal skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and addressing business challenges.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal operations.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics across Legal, Sales, Procurement, and IT.
- Collaborative, goal-oriented, result-focused.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%).

Base Salary: $105,000 - $125,000
