About your tasks: You drive marketplace activities in the Italian market for Shop Apotheke Europe. You manage partner relationships and develop strategies to optimize their performance. You're the primary contact for partners with questions. You create analyses using KPIs to ensure targets are met. You monitor and improve partner satisfaction and the customer experience. You identify new market opportunities for partners.
About you: You have a degree in economics, marketing, or e-commerce, or a comparable qualification. You have marketplace or e-commerce experience. Strategic thinking and experience in the health sector are beneficial. Strong time management skills, data analysis experience, and a willingness to take on responsibility are essential. You are a strong communicator and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent Italian and English, and strong German communication skills are required.
