Manage a portfolio of customer and partner relationships while maintaining a high level of satisfaction and engagement with the service and tools.
Lead customer journey and coordinate projects to maximize value from Ulula’s worker and community voice solutions. Provide thought leadership and support adoption and integration of Ulula tools.
Own regular communication with clients to share progress, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
Manage and track activities, timelines, and milestones.
Facilitate supplier onboarding and solution deployment to drive product and service adoption and usage.
Monitor customer operations (forecast and delivery) to guarantee operational KPIs are met.
Liaise between customer and internal Ulula/Ecovadis teams to resolve challenges and find solutions.
Coordinate project reporting (if applicable) and collaborate with the Product team.
Build customer advocacy; establish strong relationships with project managers and decision-makers.
Promote upsell of additional services when needed.
Manage contract renewals.
Contribute to Ulula product improvement by gathering customer feedback.
Lead or support departmental process improvement projects.
Foster teamwork, peer coaching, and best practices sharing.
Require more than 7 years of successful customer management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Social science background with experience in supply chains, ethical procurement, community relations, and human rights. Strong understanding of sustainability principles in global supply chains.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Familiarity with auditing standards (BSCI, ETI, SA8000), industry associations (Amfori), and sustainability entities (SEDEX, RSPO) is preferred.
Understanding of labor, human, and community rights in global supply chains is desired.
Experience with project management and sales platforms (Monday.com, Salesforce) is an advantage.
Require self-motivation, tolerance for ambiguity and change, and strong ownership of projects.
