We're seeking an experienced customer support champion to join a department with a stellar reputation for customer support. Our team provides 24/5 support via Intercom live chat to tens of thousands of digital marketing experts worldwide. This role requires working 12pm-8pm EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class live chat customer support.
- Use expert problem-solving to answer customer questions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
- Ensure customers receive thorough support and education.
- Provide professional and friendly insights.
- Suggest process and product improvements.
- Proactively solve issues and reassure customers.
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years in a similar SaaS customer support role (B2B preferred).
- Live-chat support experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and rapport-building ability.
- Proven track record of meeting customer support metrics.
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy, tactfulness, and diplomacy.
- Experience with SEO and/or digital marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and related technologies.
