Job Details

We're seeking an experienced customer support champion to join a department with a stellar reputation for customer support. Our team provides 24/5 support via Intercom live chat to tens of thousands of digital marketing experts worldwide. This role requires working 12pm-8pm EST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class live chat customer support.
  • Use expert problem-solving to answer customer questions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
  • Ensure customers receive thorough support and education.
  • Provide professional and friendly insights.
  • Suggest process and product improvements.
  • Proactively solve issues and reassure customers.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years in a similar SaaS customer support role (B2B preferred).
  • Live-chat support experience.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and rapport-building ability.
  • Proven track record of meeting customer support metrics.
  • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Empathy, tactfulness, and diplomacy.
  • Experience with SEO and/or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and related technologies.
