Full-Time Data Delivery Lead

About this roleAs a Data Delivery Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing, leading, and delivering large-scale data collection for our AI clients. This involves collaborating with clients, developing the internal team, and reporting on progress. A team of project managers will support with tracking, guidelines, payouts, etc. Your value lies in high-level project structuring, resource management, outcomes tracking, and client communication.

Required skills include strong attention to deadlines, budget management, communication, and balancing multiple priorities. Strong teamwork, flexible team management, and initiative are critical in a rapidly growing startup.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Solution Design: Leading the design and architecture of AI solutions, including data collection/curation, model assessment, and experimental design.
2. Technical Leadership: Providing technical guidance, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices.
3. Project Leadership: Defining initial project versions, identifying bottlenecks, overseeing multiple tasks, and building project infrastructure. Evaluating, mentoring, and supporting experts.
4. Client Engagement: Engaging with clients strategically, understanding their needs, and translating requirements into technical solutions.
5. Innovation: Staying current with AI advancements and evaluating new tools.
6. Quality Assurance: Implementing data quality standards and conducting reviews.
7. Strategic Influence: Contributing to strategic decision-making and influencing project direction.
8. Technical Skills: Reviewing engineering solutions, knowledge of LLMs/AI trends, XML skills, and data quality metrics.

What you’ll need includes project lifecycle experience, client collaboration skills, and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have includes technical exposure, basic coding understanding, management/client-facing experience, operations experience, and relevant experience in AI solutions/machine learning.

Required experience is typically 3+ years in AI solutions, machine learning, data engineering, and/or project management. A Master's or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience is advantageous.
