About the Marketing team: We’re creative, organized, and entrepreneurial, experimenting with new strategies to maximize top-funnel growth.

As the Demand Generation Manager, you'll drive company growth by deploying a full-funnel lead generation strategy. You're strategic and execution-driven, turning content into pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the demand generation playbook (campaign design, execution, and optimization).
  • Plan and track against monthly lead targets.
  • Collaborate with content creators for lead generation content.
  • Test and scale ideal customer profiles and value propositions.
  • Manage paid media (PPC, LinkedIn, etc.) within budget.
  • Optimize SEO and content clusters for high-intent prospects.
  • Design and optimize nurture programs.
  • Measure success using MQL > SQL > Closed-Won tracking.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to enhance lead flow tracking.
  • Continuously analyze performance and report insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of B2B lead generation and results.
  • 4+ years of B2B experience (SEO, PPC, paid acquisition, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Results-oriented communication skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Hybrid work option for Chicago-area candidates (3+ days/week).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing.
  • Marketing experience in food, beverage, and CPG manufacturing.
  • Extensive HubSpot and Salesforce experience.

Compensation: Base salary range: $1 - $100 USD. Equity included.
