Full-Time Demand Generation Marketing Manager

The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization in ServiceNow is responsible for driving revenue growth, adoption, and customer success across all direct and indirect sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Americas marketing programs lead on ServiceNow Platform and AI programs.
• Develop a data-informed strategy on audience segmentation and opportunity prioritization.
• Lead through influence to ensure delivery and execution of demand generation programs.
• Set best practices in narratives, engagement, and high-performance campaigns.
• Leverage all direct and indirect channels to land new business.
• Develop and test new program scenarios to drive optimizations and efficiencies.
• Prepare and input into forecasts, performance reports, and monitoring key business metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise technology.
• Experience in managing budgets and vendors.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns.
• Digitally savvy with a demonstrated understanding of the role of digital.
