About the Role
As a Department Manager, you’ll be the leader supporting and encouraging your whole team. Ensuring an excellent operational & visual experience for your store, customers & colleagues. Analyze and follow up on sales, and create plans to optimize results and profits.
A Day in the Life
- Responsible for the total OMNI customer experience
- Establish & analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results
- Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store
- Manage your department in a cost-efficient way
- Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout
- Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands
- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, upskilling & developing your team in-store
- Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockroom areas
- Secure a strong balance and the maintenance of price signs in-store
