Full-Time Digital Ag Solutions Manager

At Syngenta, we're building a collaborative agriculture team to provide leading seeds and crop protection. We're seeking a Digital Agriculture Solutions Manager for our Crop Protection Commercial Team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the Digital Ag Solutions team.
• Assess pre-commercial digital agriculture products for customer alignment in the Canadian market.
• Collaborate with Syngenta Digital Agriculture (regional & global) to customize tools for Canadian customers.
• Support commercial introduction and ongoing product support of digital ag tools for customer success.
• Review, assess, and validate digital product toolsets for Canadian business fit.
• Develop business cases for piloting and scaling digital tools.
• Develop, execute, and measure the annual Digital Ag Solutions plan.
• Engage with North American Digital Ag and Sustainable Solutions and Global Digital Agriculture teams.
• Engage with Regional Crop Leads and Global Digital Ag Product Managers.
• Develop effective materials and support for digital ag products.
• Measure digital tool implementation for business performance and optimization.
• Monitor ag technology trends and maintain competitive profiles for marketing and commercial.
• Manage budgets for technical validation and piloting.
• Engage customers to understand needs and inform digital solutions strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: 4+ year degree in Agricultural, Business, Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in commercial implementation of digital ag tools or platforms.
• Skills: Leadership, consensus building, analytical, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Understanding: Agronomic assessment, crop production, farm management systems, precision ag tools, and ag distribution channels.
• Abilities: Project management, strategic thinking, engagement, motivation, cross-functional communication, and networking.

Travel: 10-15% travel.
