We are seeking a proven and experienced Solution Consulting (Presales) leader to build and lead a team for Servicenow.org, focusing on the Nonprofit Industry.
This role will have global responsibilities, initially focusing on the Americas and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team supporting sales with technical consultation on ServiceNow products and solutions.
- Implement growth plans to create market demand.
- Develop, lead, and manage a team of field-based Solution Consultants.
- Build and execute a business plan driving go-to-market strategies in the Nonprofit industry.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.
- Build and execute a Solution Consulting vision and strategy.
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and motivate a global Solution Consulting team.
- Collaborate with business partners across various departments.
- Support and assist in sales and customer meetings.
- Develop an industry-focused demonstration strategy.
- Drive operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Proven track record selling solutions in the Nonprofit industry.
- Experience establishing relationships with C-Suite executives.
- Experience hiring and leading Solution Consultants in multiple Geos.
- Experience attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing talent.
- Experience working cross-organizationally.
- Experience building teams in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software.
- Growth mindset, continuous learning, and a passion for innovation.
- Strong presales techniques, customer interaction, and customer relations skills.
- Superior communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Compensation:
Base pay of $190,725 - $314,700, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
