Director of Business Operations (BizOps) will play a crucial role in shaping and executing global business strategy alongside the C-Suite.
Focus: Operational efficiency, bold pivots, maximizing business outcomes of executive initiatives.
Reporting to: Office of the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global business operations, driving efficiency and maximizing GTM/R&D connection.
- Manage/optimize business processes across departments, ensuring alignment with objectives, and proper talent recruitment/training.
- Analyze business performance metrics for optimization & improvement, partnering with the global BI team. Identify actionable initiatives based on analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues & ensure seamless OKR execution.
- Make timely adjustments to reduce/avoid critical inefficiencies based on real-time revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends/best practices, incorporating new technologies/methodologies for maximizing high-value exit.
- Maximize new packaging/pricing strategy effectiveness. Work closely with product, operations, and marketing to test, measure, and enable global GTM team.
- Provide monthly learnings/recommendations to executive leadership based on market experimentation. Roll out changes with an agile/startup mindset.
- Increase embedded partner attach rate by 10%. Partner with enablement for new asset/messaging/pricing rollout.
- Partner with embedded partners to optimize pricing & develop joint marketing strategies.
- Join new business/customer calls to teach/learn optimal offering positioning.
- Develop predictable growth/expense models with the finance organization to drive year-over-year growth investments.
- Drive annual budgeting/planning process. Partner with FP&S for H2 budget planning. Establish/negotiate departmental budgets aligned with board-approved growth plan.
- Facilitate trade-off conversations between finance and departmental leaders.
- Bring customer adoption data/programs to life. Partner with marketing/product for effective customer awareness/marketing program and product tooling.
- Measure campaign success, connecting outcomes to direct revenue impact.
- Support industry-specific case study development for demand generation.
- Redesign QBR process to incorporate consumption-based insights, partnering with VP Customer Success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Ops Management or related field. MBA preferred.
- 8+ years experience in GTM or ops-focused roles at global, high-growth organizations, driving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills, making data-driven decisions.
- Proven record of optimizing performance across departments.
- Experience leading/managing teams, focusing on collaboration, accountability, and results.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker, results-oriented, with passion for innovation and growth.
- Willingness to travel to global regions.
