We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Brand and Product Director to take ownership of a premium brand within Masterbrand Cabinets.
This role is instrumental in shaping and executing an end-to-end strategy to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership for the brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic thinking, leadership, and brand management, preferably in the cabinet manufacturing industry.
The position will report to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an end-to-end strategy to grow the premium brand and solidify its market position.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to drive innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the brand’s goals with overall business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team supporting marketing efforts, training programs, and graphic design.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and customer engagement strategies.
- Partner with sales, product management and operations teams to support go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure training content aligns with the premium positioning and value proposition of the brand
- Ensure the graphic design team produces high-quality, impactful visuals that reflect the brand’s premium positioning.
- Measure the effectiveness of brand and product strategies using key performance indicators.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance strategies.
- Travel as business needs require, estimated 25-50%.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Extensive experience in brand management and developing brand strategies across multiple channels or businesses.
- Proven track record of managing complex branding projects with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends, making informed decisions that drive product success.
- Background or experience with lean principles and tools is preferred.
- Ability to travel as business needs require, estimated 25-50%.
