NielsenIQ's sales team is the growth engine of the company, focused on expanding revenue. As a Sales Director, you will manage and expand existing accounts (75%) and pursue new business opportunities (25%).
- Client Relationship Management: Own and grow long-term relationships, align priorities with NielsenIQ’s capabilities, and drive value through NIQ solutions.
- Maintain forecasting and account planning for revenue growth. Lead in contract negotiations. Use CRM/CIDB tools for sales forecasts and client financials.
- New Business Development: Develop strategies to acquire new customers, engage new budget holders, and generate strategic leads.
- Launch products into new markets.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop sales strategies, understand client industries and market trends, and communicate NIQ thought leadership.
- Identify problems and propose solutions.
- Collaboration: Maintain communication with marketing and demand generation teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Effective communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Strong client focus and result orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Solutions-based selling approach.
- Understanding of the data analytics industry.

The base compensation range for this role is $117,250.00 - $140,000.00. Other benefits include flexible working environment, health insurance, parental leave, life insurance, and education support.
