Job Details
Sales Engagement: Driving end-to-end pursuit cycle. Consistently generate $3mil revenues from net new logos annually, transitioning to account management. Identify/create/qualify opportunities (sole sourced, RFPs); shape and solution engagements.
Client Relationship Management & Networking: Forging strong relationships with C-suite executives at scale players in the industry. Working with vertical heads and account management teams to ensure YoY revenue growth. Understanding customer environment and pain points; synthesizing insights for value proposition crafting.
Teaming: Collaborating with solutioning studios, delivery teams, vertical sales, other horizontals (analytics, Sutherland labs, Technology) to build customized solutions.
Expertise & Knowledge Management: Tracking industry developments, macroeconomic implications, new business models, industry disruptors (regulations, new offerings, new players); competitor analysis; account-specific deep insights.
Sales Operations: Developing & owning sales plans for priority new accounts; reviewing with leadership to ensure target achievement. Accountable for client relationship from deal conception to closing.
Experience Requirements: 10+ years relevant experience, high exposure to digital/transformation sales with top-tier brands; deep knowledge of Back-Office automation marketplace; consultative selling; engaging senior stakeholders; experience selling large-sized deals with digital/transformation opportunities; hands-on experience pursuing, shaping, and closing $10M+ deals; strong references from key stakeholders; experience growing & sustaining long-term relationships; informed & articulate on digital transformation areas; orchestrating global, matrixed deal structuring teams; intellectual capability & problem-solving; resourceful & leveraging potential.
Additional Qualifications: Well-networked; strong references; experience in selling large-sized deals with embedded digital/transformation opportunities. Excellent communication, active listening, ability to tell the story. Demonstrates a high 'Will-to-Win' attitude towards targets & goals.
