The Director, Client Consulting has a proven track record of identifying, cultivating, and maintaining deep client partnerships. They develop individual relationships at all levels, including C-suite.

This role pursues and cultivates consultative relationships with Fortune 500 client organizations, resulting in structural and project-based engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation & Business Development:
- Expand client portfolio by leveraging existing networks and identifying new relationships.
- Develop and grow strong, long-term client partnerships for strong revenue generation.
- Influence stakeholders internally and externally.
- Proactively identify new client growth opportunities and cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
- Prospect and network with new clients using various strategies (outbound calls, social outreach, email campaigns, lapsed client campaigns).
- Stay updated on client business, industry, and competitive landscape, identifying value-added consulting opportunities.
- Foster client loyalty through exceptional engagement execution and client service.
- Client Services & Organizational Leadership:
- Act as Marketing Insights Consultant, providing strategic thinking and added value.
- Deliver strategic presentations and other client communications.
- Plan, design, and facilitate multi-disciplinary client workshops.
- Foster collaboration with other teams.
- Lead in account development and securing team revenue forecast.
- Develop training and development programs for junior-level talent.
- Sales Support & Operations:
- Manage sales funnel and maintain data in HubSpot.
- Measure performance against targets and optimize sales processes.
- Client Nurturing & Revenue Generation:
- Establish rapport and build trust with executive audiences.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients to deepen relationships.
- Drive opportunities through the sales funnel, focusing on closing and revenue accountability.
- Leverage existing relationships to penetrate new accounts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of several million-dollar revenue generation with C-suite clients.
- Ability to gain quick credibility and engage in strategic discussions.
- Creating persuasive proposals and presentations to influence business audiences.
- Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with clients at multiple levels.
- Knowledge of FMCG/Financial/Hospitality industries (preferred).
